Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old version! I am a nurse and am on my feet for a solid 8-12 hours a day/5 days a week. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I have searched high and low to try and find the old version of this insole without success. I have been on the hunt to find an insole comparable to the old version and have yet to find anything that comes close. I am now suffering from severe knee and foot pain. The new version doesn’t even come close to the older version of this insole. Also, I hate having to trim to size. It’s so much more convenient AND comfortable having a true to for insole! PLEASE bring back the old version!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I agree with Pam C. who wrote a review 1 month ago. I also really appreciated the older version which was thicker especially at the heel (See attached photos). I bought the new version of Sof Sole: AIRR and immediately knew they did not help my feet. As I continued with feet pain, I reverted to wearing my 2 year old worn out version which provides more comfort. Please consider bringing them back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should be required for safety shoes I purchased these inserts for use in my Red Wing Model 6341. I alrady have an identical pair already in place in my Red Wing Model 2240. To say the least, these inserts should be STANDARD for work boots. I have 100% comfort all day long! I typically remove the initial insects, cut the SofSole to the same dimensions, insert them and away-I-go!

I am superpronated with a low arch which product is best for me

Asked by: ktmrider
We would recommend the FIT Low Arch or the Airr Orthotic. The rigidity in the arch and heel as well as the deep heel cup would give you support and hold your foot in place. The Airr Orthotic is a less rigid insole that still offers support. It features an encapsulated air chamber in the heel and polymer gel in the forefoot for maximum shock absorption.

I have bought the Airr women's performance insole for 10yrs. It's the only insole that works for me and that I love. Your new model is too thin and I'm at a loss now. I've tried to find old model but huge disappointment. Where can I find?

Asked by: Luelue
We’re sorry to hear that the current version of the AIRR insole is too thin for your needs. Unfortunately, we do not carry the previous version of the AIRR, but we recommend trying local retailers to see if they have any of the older version left in stock.

Hello, I am a light supinator (underpronation) with a normal to low arch. Which insole would better fit me? Thanks

Asked by: Lgon
To provide some stability for supination and arch support for a neutral arch, we would recommend our Neutral Arch insole from our Fit Series because the deep heel cup combined with the arch height and rigidity will hold the foot in place. If you find you have a lower arch, we would then recommend our Low Arch from the Fit Series.

I bought a pair of these insoles in Spain a year ago and would like to order new ones but I'm not sure about the size: they aren't marked. I'm using them in New Balance shoes, size 9 4E american, and 42.5 european. Which insole size is best?

Asked by: Carl
For a Men’s shoe size 9, we would recommend our Men’s size 9-10.5. Our sizing is also done in brackets, so you may need to trim the toe in order to have it fit inside your shoe.

Hi  I would like to know the thickness of ARC part for 3 model (AIRR / AIRR ORTHOTIC / AIRR select). which model has most thickest on ARC part of insole?

Asked by: Leo Yang
The AIRR Orthotic has an arch height of 20.5 mm. The AIRR has an arch height of 19.mm. The AIRR Select has been discontinued for quite sometime, and we no longer carry this insole. The insole with the thickest arch would be the AIRR Orthotic.

I’m looking for an insole with s med or high arch. I wear a size 15 (US), and can use a size 14. Can you help me?

Asked by: Butch
For medium arch cushioning, we would recommend the Airr. For medium to high, we’d recommend the Arch insoles. The Airr insole is going to have air capsules in the heel and arch to convert impact to kinetic energy. They also have gel in the forefoot to enhance shock absorption. The Arch insole is going to enhance arch support and use Polyurethane foam to enhance comfort.
